2.1 Account & client data

When an organizer (agency, brand, or venue) registers, we collect the account holder’s name, email address, phone number, company details, and billing information necessary to provide and invoice the service.

2.2 Event guest data

During an activation, guests may voluntarily provide information such as name, email, phone number, photos, video, or in-game answers. This data is collected on behalf of the organizer, who acts as the controller of that data; we process it as a service provider (processor) strictly to operate the activation and deliver its results.

2.3 Technical data

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and usage events needed for security, analytics, and to keep the service reliable.
